Solution: Working with Agenzia and their recommended broker, Natalie purchased a single contract off-the-plan townhouse in Everton Hills QLD. The purchase price was $550,000 with a 5% deposit at contract exchange.
Results:
The bank valuation in June 2023 came back at $670,000 and in August an estimated market value of $700,000. That is an uplift of $120,000 to $150,000 on Natalie’s very first investment property.
